Shipping policy

Fulfillment Times

Orders are processed and shipped same day if they are placed before 2PM central time Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Delays

 We are not responsible for shipping delays documented by the service providers. No overnight shipping fees can be refunded if there is a documented delay on the tracking number. We do our part in making sure the order goes out of the warehouse on time, and the rest if outside of our control. 

Damages and Shipment Issues

We try our absolute hardest to have every key passed through several hands along the process here. With this, it helps quality control the keys to avoid damages or functional errors. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Lost or Missing Packages

Your Car Key Guys is not responsible for lost or missing packages that show delivered by UPS, USPS or FedEx tracking numbers. We can provide a tracking number on the shipped order if requested. It is advised that you attempt to trace the order yourself if this is the case. In the rare case that the tracking information has not progressed, please contact us so that our customer service team can help trace the package. A replacement order may be sent out in good faith while the original order is lost in transit. These events are on a case by case basis.
