Refund policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without damages. A record of your original order must be able to be located by our staff (e.g.) : order number.
Defective Product
The product first needs to be deemed defective by our customer service team. We will request a series of questions to confirm functionality of product and vehicle information. At all times, a replacement can be made available to exchange if it is in stock at no additional charges. For a replacement, a new order will be created and billed in full. Once the original return is received by us, a full refund will be issued on the original order within 24-48 hours. If the product is deemed and verified as defective, no restocking fee will be deducted.
Returns within a 30 day order window
Returns made within the first 30 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or, optionally, as a store credit applied to your account.
Goodwill Returns: Shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund total.
Non-Goodwill Returns: Subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund total.
Returns between a 31-60 day order window
Returns made within this window are eligible for store credit only, which will be issued directly to your account.
Defective Products: Received as a full value store credit, including shipping fees.
Goodwill Returns: Store credit will be issued minus the cost of shipping fees.
Non-Goodwill Returns: Store credit will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee.
Returns after 180 days will not be accepted
Software - There are NO refunds on ANY software purchased. This includes upgrades for programmers, subscription renewals, and unlocking software.
Programmers / Electronic Devices - All electronic devices aside from keys, can not be returned to us if they have been used.
OEM Brand New- Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted on these items.
Your Car Key Guys LLC will not be held responsible if the incorrect product is ordered. Many vehicles have multiple different part numbers. Please call in if you have fitment questions. Contacting your local manufacturers dealer at times will be necessary to obtain the correct part number needed which we can not do for you.

We will send a return shipping label to the email address on file. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
