My OEM fob was a 3-Button model, but everything pointed to this 4-Button model because the FCC ID, IC, and board numbers all lined up. I had a locksmith program the fob and cut the key and it's working better than my original now!
The A/C button is non-functional and that's just fine since my vehicle doesn't support it anyway.
The New Aftermarket (no logo) shell is great, for anyone wondering about the quality--just no details on the back.
The only downside is that the key doesn't re-insert w/o pressing the side button like my OEM one (but that also could have been a flaw)--not a deal breaker by any means, though, since the price was right (and I really don't remove the key unless I'm using it to change the battery).
If I need another backup fob in the future, this is where I'll get it.
